1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 24bd9 website, mobile web interface, and any associated services accessible via the domain 24bd9.io.
• "24bd9" or "we" or "us" refers to the operator of the 24bd9 Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for the provision of the services described herein.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered an account on the 24bd9 Platform and is using the services in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a bonus amount that a Player must wager before any associated winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Services" means the full range of betting, casino gaming, slots, live dealer, and ancillary services made available through the 24bd9 Platform.
• "Business Day" means any day excluding Friday, Saturday, and public holidays observed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 24bd9 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any Bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, game-specific rules, and the Privacy Policy published on this Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of any part of the Platform constitutes unambiguous acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 24bd9 Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. The information you supply at registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method — must be truthful and must match your identity documents.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the 24bd9 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or through a proxy — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 24bd9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or winnings without prior notice where duplicate accounts are identified.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control for account verification purposes.
• Account registration is available only to natural persons. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and third-party agents may not register accounts.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
• 24bd9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of registration or during account operation, including copies of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended or permanently closed, with any Balance held pending resolution.

4 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 24bd9 Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You confirm upon registration — and on each subsequent login — that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. There are no exceptions.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is prohibited or regulated in a manner that would render your participation unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 24bd9 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

24bd9 does not make representations as to the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or region of residence. 24bd9 shall not be liable for any consequence arising from a Player's non-compliance with applicable local law.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 24bd9 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service and enabling all available account security features following your 24bd9 login.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 24bd9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All Bets placed and transactions conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility unless 24bd9 is notified of suspected unauthorised access prior to those transactions taking place.
• 24bd9 support staff will never ask for your full password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• 24bd9 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player sharing their credentials voluntarily, regardless of the circumstances.

6 Deposits & Payments

24bd9 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the Account reviewed for compliance.

The following payment methods are currently available for deposits on the 24bd9 Platform, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Local Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times may vary between one and three Business Days.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard — subject to issuing bank processing times.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform following login. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review current limits before initiating a deposit transaction.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified method may be approved by the support team on a case-by-case basis.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 24bd9 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the same Business Day for requests submitted before 18:00 BST. Requests submitted after this time may be processed on the following Business Day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three Business Days from the time of approval.
• 24bd9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
• Funds credited from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

24bd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable Balance.
• 24bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in profits risk-free, or systematically exploiting bonus structures — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Loyalty Program points are awarded in accordance with the current Loyalty Program rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 24bd9 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the sportsbook. In the event of any discrepancy, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general provisions.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 24bd9 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets not confirmed due to network errors, system outages, or price changes prior to confirmation are not valid.
• 24bd9 reserves the right to void any Bet placed at an erroneous price — including prices resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or human error — regardless of whether the Bet has already been settled.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In the absence of a specific rule, bets will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum Bet stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. These limits may be adjusted at 24bd9's discretion at any time.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after a key event in a match (e.g., a wicket, goal, or penalty) but before the market suspension is reflected on the Platform may be voided at 24bd9's discretion.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook help section.

24bd9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match-fixing and sports manipulation. Any Bet placed on an event that is subsequently confirmed as having been subject to match-fixing — whether or not the Player was involved — may be voided. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a Player's involvement in any form of sports manipulation, the Account will be suspended pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

10 Casino & Games

The 24bd9 Casino provides access to live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studios, as well as proprietary fast-play games including those available in the Triple category. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24bd9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 24bd9 staff, other players, or any individual connected with the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, responsible gaming, or access-control system on the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 24bd9.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24bd9 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 24bd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

24bd9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

15 Amendments

24bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 24bd9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. However, it is each Player's responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically.

Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

16 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and construed in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version of these Terms & Conditions and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
